ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide protection to life and limb of the petitioner and her family members from the third, fourth and fifth respondents, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.05.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was married to one Ayyathurai in the year 1978 and she has four children. The petitioner's husband Ayyathurai, the third respondent herein, illegally married another woman, namely, Selvi, the fourth respondent herein. The third respondent Ayyathurai again illegally married another woman namely, Mallika, the fifth respondent herein. By preparing fake documents, the third respondent fraudulently registered the petitioner's land in the name of the fourth respondent without the signature of the petitioner. In this connection, the petitioner gave a complaint to the first and second respondents. But, no action was taken.
3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that they would consider the complaint of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. I have considered the matter in the light of the submission made by the learned counsels for both the parties. Admittedly, the petitioner gave a complaint before the second respondent and the complaint is still pending on the file of the second respondent. Therefore, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the complaint and take appropriate action.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
