ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.156 of 2022 and to file the final report, within a time frame.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the case in Cr.No.156 of 2022 was closed as undetected and RCS notice has also been served to the petitioner on 21.04.2023.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
