ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the first respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, an enquiry has been initiated on 28.03.2024 and the same is pending. He further submits that the first respondent is not harassing the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to complete the petition enquiry within a reasonable period and not to harass the petitioner during the course of enquiry.
