ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent management has fairly submitted before this Court that School Committee has taken a decision to revoke the suspension order passed against the petitioner and the petitioner can resume his duty tomorrow itself.

2. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. So far, other grounds are concerned, it is open to the petitioner to make a request to the School Management. If such request is made, the School Management, shall consider as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
