Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's husband had been manhandled by the fifth respondent herein.

3.When this writ petition is listed before me, I persuaded both the parties to have an amicable solution. I am happy to record that pursuant to the suggestion made by this Court, the fifth respondent visited the house of the petitioner and the issue has since been amicably resolved. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
