P.C., praying to extend the time to comply the order of this Court made in Crl.R.C (MD).No.537 of 2016 dated 01/12/2020 by allowing the petitioner to deposit sum of Rs.79,000/- to the credit of C.C.No. 572 of 2013 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate /Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Karur.

Prayer in CRL RC(MD).No. 537 of 2016:- Criminal Revision Cases filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr. P.C., to set aside the order passed in CA. No. 41 of 2016 dated 27.07.2016 on the file of the Mahalir Fast Track Court, Karur, y modifying the sentence passed by the Judicial Magistrate/Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Karur in CC. NO. 572 of 2013 dated 08.06.2016 and acquit the petitioner.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on under the caption for reporting compliance on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Gokulraj, Advocate for the Petitioner and who is filed Compliance memo in USR No. 6723 of 2022 dated 15/07/2022, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the order of this Court dated 01.12.2020 made in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.537 of 2016.
