The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the complainant of the respondents 4 to 8, they are conducting petition enquiry. Further, he submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
3. The respondent police are not supposed to keep the petition enquiry pending for the two months. The respondent police are directed not to harass the petitioner.
