ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.not known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.As per suggestion of this Court, the petitioner has taken a demand draft for a sum of Rs.23,000/- in favour of the defacto complainant and the same shall be handed over by the respondent to the defacto complainant. The petitioners are taken a sum of Rs.1,45,000/-. Out of which a sum of Rs.1,22,000/- was already has been spent with regard to the travel and other incidental expenditure of the defacto complainant's son. The balance amount also has been handed over. Hence, now, in all forms it will be quietess 4.Therefore, taking into account of these circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
before the learned Judicial Magistrate cum Special Court (Anti land grabbing) Theni and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
