Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 353, 307, 379 (sand theft) I.P.C. and Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.93 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having five previous cases to his credit and three units of sand is involved in this case. It is a large quantity. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
