Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioners representation dated 18.08.2021 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law and pass such further or other suitable orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.4368 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 11.03.2022, in W.P(MD)No.4368 of 2022, directed the second respondent therein, to consider the complaint given by the petitioner, issue notice to both the parties and dispose of the case, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. But, the respondent police did not comply with the said order. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted. Further, he stated that the matter is civil in nature and closed the same, on 15.06.2022.
