O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been instituted to punish the contemnors/respondents 2 and 3 for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.12.2023 made in W.P.(MD) No.30428 of 2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order against which these contempt proceedings are initiated has been complied with partly.
3. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader opposes by stating that the order of this Court dated 20.12.2023 has been complied with fully.

4. This Court has directed the authorities to look into the complaint and initiate action and complete the enforcement action. Since the enforcement actions have already been completed, the petitioner has not established any willful disobedience warranting action against the respondents. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if any grievance still exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of the same.
