This petition has been filed to quash the Impugned Summon under Sections 91 and 41A Criminal Procedure Code, dated 23.06.2021, on the file of the second respondent or to direct the first respondent to depute the Investigation Officer for enquiring the instant summons. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
