This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to respondent to file final report in the above case in Crime No. 29 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that almost investigation in this case has been completed. He would further submit that after examination of two witnesses final report will be filed before the Court concerned within a period of two months.

4. Recording the said submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.29 of 2019 and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
