2.By order, dated 02.06.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.243 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.127/2026, dated 06.02.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order, dated 02.06.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
