ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to register the documents presented by the petitioner and to release the same.
2. The learned Government counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner has not even properly presented the documents before the third respondent and has rushed to this Court. The learned Government counsel further submitted that if the document is properly presented, the third respondent will consider the same and register, if it is otherwise in order or if the third respondent refuses to register, an order will be passed under Section 71 of the Registration Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Government counsel, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to take a decision on the documents submitted by the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the documents from the petitioner.
4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
