RESPONDENTS / RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 614 days in representation in the appeal in CMA(MD) SR.No.41172 of 2016 filed against the order and decree dated 01.06.2016 passed in MCOP No.26 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Judge/Subordinate Judge at Sankarankoil and thus render justice.
PRAYER IN CMA(MD) No.SR 41172 of 2016:- to set aside the Judgment and decree passd by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Judge [Subordinate Judge] of Sankarankoil in MCOP.No.26/2012 dated 01.06.2016 and allow the appeal with costs and thus render justice.
