2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection to allow this petition, but, shorter time may be granted.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to comply the order passed in CMP(MD).No. 6493 of 2020 in CMA(MD).No.620 of 2020, dated 10.12.2020 on or before 06.08.2021.

6. Post the matter on 09.08.2021.
