ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.281 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police station before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate Court within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime No.281 of 2024 has been completed and charge sheet has also been made ready. Therefore, he seeks one month time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court directs the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.281 of 2024 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
