2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 10.06.2016 filed as against the order of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Memo.No.R.C.No.A2/3009/2015 dated 11.05.2016. 3.Since the appeal is yet pending, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time.
