ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3946 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025.

2. Mr.K.Mahendra Prabu, learned counsel for Mr.R.Balamurugan, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 23 days.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and condition No.7 (iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3946 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, SP Pattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, weekly twice (i.e., on Sunday and Monday) at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
