ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 379 and 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.55 of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that four units of sand are involved in this case. It is a large quantity. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
