Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remit the amount of Rs.6,09,000/- in matured 13 Joint-B Account numbers 302966, 303210, 303211, 303212, 303213, 303848, 303849, 303850, 304048, 304049, 304050, 304051 and 304052 to me and my brother Prasath along with accrued interest and bonus For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ramasamy For Respondent : Mr.P.Subbiah Central Government Standing Counsel
