ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the corpus or body of the detenue namely Varsha, D/o.Velvannan, female, aged 12 years, Daughter of Velvannan, before this Court and set her at liberty from the illegal custody of the third respondent, in accordance with law. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The detenue has been produced by her father. The petitioner is also present. It is the allegation of the petitioner/wife that the detenue girl was taken away from her custody by her husband, after school hours and placed under the custody of his brother, the third respondent herein, at Mannarkudi.

4.We have heard the detenue. She also informs the same position informed by the petitioner and further that she wishes to return to the custody of the petitioner, her mother. Permitting her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to do so and requiring the parties to work out their respective rights before the appropriate forum, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
