: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by 5th respondent in his proceedings in e.f.vz;.1035/m1/2006 dated 17.09.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondents to sanction and disburse the pension amount and other 2/7
retirement benefits of the petitioner along with 12% accrued interest thereon in pursuant to the order passed by the 5th respondent vide his proceedings e.f.vz;.1863/m1/2020 dated 29.05.2020 allowing the petitioner to retire from service thereon within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
