ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Section 420 I.P.C in Crime No.Not known of 2018 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner has filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail. A complaint had been received against the petitioner as well as his son. The allegation of the de facto complainant is that the petitioner received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and his son received a sum of Rs.9,00,000/-. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had brought a statement to this Court that they had deposited a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of the de facto complainant, which covers the petitioner's liability also. 5.Recording this submission, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly. A direction is given to the concerned Police to close the complaint also.
