2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is permitted to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is permitted to inform the defacto complainant by a registered post regarding his date of surrender, when he shall apply for regular bail.

4. The Special Court is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's bail application on the same day of surrender.
