RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in the order dated 20.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8573 of 2020, on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition. 2.This Court, by an order dated 20.08.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.8573 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent police. 4.According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 25.08.2020 and the investigation is substantially completed.
