Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8650 of 2018, dated 23.05.2018.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
