ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This is the petitioner's second anticipatory bail application. The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985, in Crime No.213 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

CRL OP(MD). No.9466 of 2020 3.The petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8293 of 2020. Since there is no change in circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
