This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of investigation.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, a complaint was preferred against the petitioners' son, by one Affritha who is the daughter-in-law of the petitioners. The second respondent is harassing the petitioners under the guise of investigation based on the complaint of their daughter in law. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the complaint has been referred to the District Legal Service Authority, Theni and there is no harassment at all. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In the light of the above submission of the learned
