PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 2 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.26 of 2020.

2. This Court, while dismissing the bail application filed by the petitioner, by order dated 08.10.2020, has directed the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned trial Judge requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the case in Spl.S.C.No.26 of 2020.
