2. The petitioner Sridharan has also filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5120 of 2024 seeking to relax the condition modified by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3829 of 2022, on 04.04.2022, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15542 of 2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
