ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.MALAICHAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.PT.S. Narenderavasan on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in this petition. This petition is allowed and the delay is condoned as prayed for on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) towards costs to Siddha Dispensary, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
