PRAYER IN C.M.S.A.SR.No34235 of 2017 :

To setaside the Judgment and decree dated 18.07.2017 passed in C.M.A.No.10/2017 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karur by reversing the judgment and decree of the Learned Principal Subordinate judge, Karur passed in H.M.O.P.No.7/2013 dated 27.08.2015.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.VIJAYASHANTHI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 276 days in-representing the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The delay would stand condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram, under the Head ''Environmental Fund'', as costs, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram, shall make use of the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

amount for preservation of the environment. On production of payment receipt, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition and list the same for admission.
