Mr.Muraleedharan, learned counsel, takes notice for the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner's earlier representation was considered by the second respondent herein on 30.11.2016 stating that the land offered by him does not satisfy the eligibility criteria. Subsequently, the petitioner had made a representation on 23.04.2018 and the same is pending before the second respondent. 4.According to the learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has not offered any alternative place and in case alternative land is offered, the same would be considered on its own merits.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is willing to offer an alternative land for the godown dealership. 6.In the light of the observations made, the petitioner is granted liberty to make further representation to the second respondent, offering land, meeting the required criteria for consideration of his application. On receipt of such application, the same shall be considered by the second respondent on merits and pass order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
