RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police once in a week i.e., on Every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders which was imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3986 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5749 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020 by this Hon'ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MURUGAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition.
2. This Court, by an order dated 01.07.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.5749 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and subsequently the above order has been modified on 17.08.2020 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3986 of 2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.5749 of 2020 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on Every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side).

4. According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is substantially completed.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 11/09/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
