PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to restructure / re-schedule of the repayments of petitioners Loan Accounts in Account Nos.(1) 05090510000397, (2) 05090610015810, (3) 05090610017807, (4) 0509600009203 (5) 05090500000748 respectively on the basis of petitioners' representation dated 24.05.2021 and 24.06.2021 and to grant sufficient time for clearing the balance amount arrived as per the OTS settlement with the respondent bank.

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to restructure the petitioners' loan accounts, based on their representations dated 24.05.2021 and 24.06.2021. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent - Bank submitted that subsequent to the petitioners' representations, much water has flowed under the bridge as the sale certificate has already been issued to the auction purchaser. However, appropriate reply would be given to the petitioners' representations, within a period of four weeks.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondent - Bank, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
