The above writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to implement the order passed in Na.Ka.No. 2386/2016/A2 dated 30.03.2023 by the second respondent allowing the petitioner 2/4

to do his work as priest in the Thirparappu Arulmigu Mahadevar Temple, Thirparappu, Kulithurai Groups, Kanyakumari District. 2.It is informed that the order of this Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit and from 22.06.2023 the petitioner is doing poojas. Therefore, no further orders are required in the above writ petition. The Writ Petition is closed, accordingly. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
