The Revision petitioners are shown as defendants 4 and 5 in O.S.No.80 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tuticorin. The Revision petitioners want the said suit to be struck of.

2. The Revision petitioners are having remedy of filing an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C. If the Revision petitioners file an application within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Court below shall dispose of the same in accordance with law before proceeding further. Till such an application is disposed of, the suit proceedings shall be put on hold. All the contentions available to the Revision petitioners are left open.

3. The Civil Revision petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
