PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action to cancel the Resolution passed under Item No.10 in the Resolution No. 17/2021-2022 dated 28.02.2022 passed by the Executive Committee of the fourth respondent society, for the re-induction of the 6th respondent as a member of the fourth respondent society and to remove the 6th respondent from Membership No.2092 of the fourth respondent society considering the petitioner's representation, dated 12.04.2024 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action to cancel the Resolution passed under Item No.10 in the Resolution No. 17/2021-2022 dated 28.02.2022 passed by the Executive Committee of the fourth respondent society, for the re-induction of the 6th respondent as a member of the fourth respondent society and to remove the 6th respondent from Membership No.2092 of the fourth respondent society considering the petitioner's representation, dated 12.04.2024. 2/4
2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and orders will be passed in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, this Court direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 12.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 & 6, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 28.11.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No am 3/4
