The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the II Additional Sub Court, Trichy to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.661 of
2. The petitioner is one of the plaintiffs in O.S.No.661 of 2012 before the Sub Court, Tiruchirappalli. The said suit has been filed by the petitioner along with the other plaintiffs against the respondents herein for declaring that the Resolution No.2 passed in the Executive Committee Meeting held on 12.03.2010 of the first respondent society in respect of induction of 70 new members was invalid and consequently, a relief for permanent injunction.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that despite the suit being instituted in the year 2012, till date, the Court has not disposed the same.

Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2012, the present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing notice on the respondents as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents by directing the II Additional Sub Court, Trichy to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.661 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of service of suit summons on the defendants if suit summons has not been served on the defendants. If the alternative, the suit summons has been served on the defendants, The II Additional Sub Court, Trichy shall dispose O.S.No.661 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
