O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenu seeking to produce the person or body of the petitioner's wife namely Sowmiya, aged about 24 years before this Court.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 30.04.2024, today the detenu appeared before this Court. We enquired the detenu. She submitted that the petitioner is known to her and he is her teacher and she is not illegally detained by anybody and she wants to go along with her parents.

3. Recording the statement of the detenu, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
