ORDER

The revision petitioner seeks speedy disposal of I.D.O.P.No.345 of 2014 filed by him, which is pending before the learned District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil. The request is reasonable.

2.Therefore, the learned District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, is directed to dispose of I.D.O.P.No.345 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
