O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasandur Dindigul District to dispose the suit in O.S.No.181 of 2012 as an early date as stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is defendant and the respondents are the plaintiffs in the suit in O.S.No.181 of 2012. The respondents filed a suit in O.S.No.181 of 2012 for declaration, before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedasandur, against the petitioner. The said suit is pending without any progress from the year 2012. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of E.P.No.129 of 2017.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, is

directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.181 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, on day-to-day basis, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
