ORDER

All that the petitioner wants is registration of the petition mentioned unregistered Will. It is well settled that Will can be registered even after the demise of the testator. Rule 41 of the Registration Rules provides for the same. The third respondent is directed to hold proper enquiry and take a call in the matter. Final order in this regard shall be passed within a period of 8 weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
