Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.XAVIER RAJINI S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 64 days in filing the above Revision.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9951 of 2023 condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) to the credit of Women Advocates Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (Account No:- 770357420, IFSC Code:- IDIB000H040, Indian Bank) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this Petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
