PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the complaint dated 19.07.2020 from the file of the 3rd respondent and entrust the same to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry in accordance with law, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. This criminal original petition has been filed seeking the relief of direction, directing the 1st respondent to withdraw the complaint, dated 19.07.2020, from the file of the 3rd respondent and entrust the same to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry, in accordance with law.
2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that in earlier, in the month of July, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent herein conducted an enquiry in CSR No.310 of 2020 and the same has been closed on 22.07.2020, after getting an undertaking from the petitioner. The said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

3. Since there is no complaint pending on the file of the 3rd respondent, no further order is necessary in this application. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
