ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.58 of 2023 and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent police has registered an FIR in Crime No.58 of 2023 and the investigation is in progress. In this case, the alleged property has been recovered and remanded before the trial Court. Hence, he seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the said submissions, the third respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.58 of 2023 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
