ORDER

This Revision is filed seeking for a direction to the Subordinate Court, Pudukottai to dispose of Execution Petition om E.P.No.75 of 2015 in O.S.No.289 of 2012, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit was decreed, based on the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014. Thereby the respondent has agreed to pay Rs.3,00,000/- as full and final settlement. Despite the undertaking, the respondent has been unnecessarily prolonging the Execution Petition filed in the year 2015 and the delay in disposal of the case causes undue hardship and mental agony to the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the

learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukottai is directed to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.75 of 2015 in O.S.No.289 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.10.2016.

5. With the above directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
