ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.03.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is making trouble with the petitioner, over which, a case in Crime No.27 of 2023 has been registered against him. After that 15 familes were ex-communicated and they were prevented from participating in the temple celebration. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a case and case in counter registered in Crime Nos.27 and 28 of 2023 against both parties. The matter is referred to Tahsildar under Section 107 of Cr.P.C to take proceedings.

4.Since the parties are directed to appear before the competent Authority, they are directed to work out their remedy depending upon the 2/4

outcome of the orders passed by the competent Authority. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
